E-Form Certification
*Once you have received the email from Silencer Shop stating the Form 4 is "Ready to be Certified",
you're ready to book a certification appointment with our compliance officer Dejon Brumfield.

*Your e-forms account and your Silencer Shop account MUST have the same information!
If both accounts do not match, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CERTIFY YOUR FORMS!

Choose either over the phone or in person verification and follow the prompts to secure the time slot you would prefer.
​
*Each certification appointment is for one silencer as it can take up to 15 minutes per item to be certified.
​
*Customers should be on a laptop or desktop computer during the certification process.
Mobile devices, iPads, tablets, and Google Chrome do not work for this process.
Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute intervals starting at 10:00am with the last time slot being 11:45am.
Once everything is booked, Dejon will reach out to you in order to complete the certification process at the time you booked your appointment. If you booked a 10:00am time slot, we will call at that time to complete the certification.

*Note: If the ATF or Silencer Shop website is down, customers will have to reschedule their appointment.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once your paperwork is certified, all you have to do is wait.
We will contact you as soon as it is approved and ready for pick-up.

*Once you have received your Tax Stamp from the ATF, please allow for a processing time of 24-48 hours.
